Exchange Program - sign of possibility

Well after gaint essay like emails back and forth with the Hong Kong Polytechnic School of Design, i managed to get them to agree to look at are applications even though its very very late. I carnt belive the incompenrtance of my course director in sorting out the matter. he was supposed to send are portfilios and applications off back in october, but guess what! HKPU have recived nothing from us!

OMG i could'nt belive it, how could panch let us down, this exchange program is my future, it means everything to me.

i have taken all the responsibility for this exchange it is me who is constantly communication with the HKPU and sending of all applicatiosn and having to upload massive portfolios to the internet.

well what more can i say, im really really angree with the UCE at the slugish behaviour. i think i will make an formal complaint, even though it will proberly do nothing apart from comprimise my future.

on another note,

this eid dos'nt feel special as are reletives are on holiday back home in bangladesh, check that out i said backhome funny huh.

Boxing Day Walk

well today the family went for an boxing day walk. we do his every year, its sort of become a tradition. it was very cold today so we got out the house at about 11, which was later than planned but what can you do.

i took a hot water bottle cos we when in my sisters car which is very cold cos my sister allways keeps her windows open! I know, Dec driving with the windows open thats freking crazy. well thats the reason for the hot water bottle.

well in the picture below you can see how amazing the walk was it was so OUTHIER felling if thats a word. it feels like were a million miles away from birmingham but its only 25Km which is fantastic.

i like walking in the outdoors very nice and peacefull, gives me a chance to taking the fat surroundings.

anyway that was Boxing day,

thats TWO days with no work and all play, its time to get back to full scale work if i really want a slight chance of doing an exchange. which i tell the world now, i am compleatly obsesed with the idea to go on this exchange.

Xmas Day at the MiAh Household

well today was a blast, not in a sarcastic way either. it was very christmasy with a Giant sized massive meal then after lots of prezent giving and also christmas songs.

the whole family was round are house thats seven of us which is a nice change.

Wow thats very personal for a blog or what an family potrait.

i got lots of cool qurky stuff which i love. below is a group shot of the gifts that i recived baring in mind that there was only my two bros and one of my sisters giving any gifts. but thats still cool cos it means at least three presents each, but i got more like 5 whooo.

and a crazy pealing thing, from china its like so cool i tried it and pealed a mango and it really worked! WOW. my brother & Sister got it for me thank you all.

is christmas really all about giving, hummmmm! could well be, but weres my Nintendo Wii which i wanted, arhhhh give me one now! only joking but i still want one. dame things are sold out every where, maybe i could get my hands on one aboard when im on exchange. But is that reallly going to happen? i truly wish, i'm trying every thing in my power. thats all i can say for now as the thought of me not going is unbarable.

Any whay looking forward to are traditional mountain hike, tommorow that we do every christmas.

Special Day - not just Cristmas Day!

Its arrived the day of my cousins wedding which is today Christmas day!

wanna say big shout out to my bro Emu in bangladesh who is getting married to his long term girlfriend Zeb. Concratulations and have a massive day, i would have loved to gone and seen such a wedding take place. it will be fantastic.

What a perfect time to get a comission!

i'm so busy, yet i still took on extra work, just for some extra money, how gready.

i did'nt get to go to the german market this year the rest of the family just come back but i could not cos i have such tight deadlines for all my work. im not a workaholic just i have an passion for somthing.

Christmas shopping 2006 - 4 day till Xmas

The Count Down Starts!

Well, today was another day of no uni work. Instead I had an computer training session 4 hours of the stuff. 10 - 2 . My brain hurts!

Later on the family went into the city centre, to do are Christmas shopping, it was nice and the lights were sparkling.

the bull ring was ramed as usual! And Selfriges as cool as usual.

SoHo Road, Handsworth

well, today was intresting. trecking around the universitiy trying to get my forms signed! its a long story! so i'll miss it out compleatly!

Anyway we (me sham and sarah) when to Handsworth to produce an wedding album for a client. but as we dont often go to handsworth it was quite nice seeing the place, its so livly and friendly, sort of welcoming. maybe i may buy a house there some day. thats think was too far down the line but i suppos thats the kind of point of this blog to see what i think of it in 10-20 years time. i wonder if blogger will still exsist or if they'll take down my post of the internet who knows?

Its a GTA San Andreas sort of day

well today was another unpreductive day, was going to go and give panch are forms but he was'nt in! that drive me insane. i've left various messages and emails with him but still no contact. GRRRR

so in stread of going in to see panch i played GTA San Andreas completed about 4 missions in an hour or somthing, it seems to be alot easier than the other GTA's but maybe its cos im better at the game?

anyway i'll try seen panch in the morning, if not i'll try to not waste the day and start my essay.

This Blogging thing seems to be almost fun!

i have decided to take a chill day today and do no work as its the 2nd day of the holiday!

i took time out and made a tune on my Keyboard thats been at the end of room for nearly a year with no use.

i'm no expert on midi keyboards but i think the tune i made is rather chezzy if thats anything to do with it.

the song don't start until like 20 sec into the clip so forward it (technical inability). the back drop is a random skech book of mine its all i could fine to turn the file into an video file for youtube.

Im installing GTA right now which is taking for ever as its a 4400MB file. hopfully it will be worth it.

All the Arangments sorted!

I've done everything that i set to do today!

tidyed my room! Whooo! Filled in all Aplications forms for the exchange, Created a CV and am ready for essay writting tommorow!

had to take my mother to the supermarkets today ' boring :)
lots of traffic on the roads all the way from moseley to kings keath hig street.

on the whole today was a very productive but boring day, like many of mine to come this holidays as theres so much to do. i think of it as do loads of work now then your reward is a Exchange Program to Hong kong or italy thats gonna cost me £3000! well you get the point at least i should be going somewhere.

Last Day of Semester [Xmas Break]

Today was the last day of the semester, it was at the Royal Birmingham School of Jewelery. As all fridays are! this electives been a pain, but very challenging, but no in a standerd normal way, it really has been chanllanging thinking of an cool ideas been a pain.

there was only a mai and me from Product on the course so there was no after sermester Party because mai has an flight tommorow to japan, Whooo!!!! how amazing, i wish i could go. and get mad in tokyo!

Exchange Program Mess-ups

Well as you may of heard i am supposed to be going on an exchange program for the 2nd sermester of my degree, this was supposed to be for Hong Kong yeah thats right how amazing it blow my mind away aswell. Hong Kong WOW its like a dream come true, but as always its was to good to be true.



My course director who's supposed to sort it all out told us very late about the applications that we have to fill out, so that means are applications are going to be in months late and were supposed to be starting in the second week of january! How gay is that!

Anyway the second option was to go th milan polytechnic i filled out alll the application forms and submitted my folio etc, but today i get an email from the course director saying that we need to send are applications again cause the university havernt heard anything from us! how did that happen!

So now were all in a bit of a pickel. am i going or not.
I really really want to go, but i've been let down by the course director i think.
Anyway i will still push ahead and try my very best to sort every thing out and maybe in a months time i'll be blogging in Hong Kong or Milan!

Well dont i have an update worth reading about!

i went to go see CSS last night 12th Dec at the Birmingham Acadamey! they were fricking arwsome. it was there last gig in birmingham before they head back to Brizil so thay gave it there all so did the audiance!

Dont think i've moshed so much ever at a gig, the crowed lov it, but by the end i was tottaly wet soaked in sweat, but it was worth it.

My 20th Birthday!!

WOW, i'm 20. not a teen anymore!

i have decided to start by blog, i'm 20 years old now and i think i shoud have a diary thingy to record stuff on.

anyway i became 20 last week! its freaky, turing 20 is a massive step in life.

The Family and me went to see Alice in Wonderland and the REP birmingham for my birthday which was mega 'coolish'. it was a present from sarah



Then on my birthday the 7th me and a few of my University friends went to see a IMAX film whoo! Big thanks to Scott for giving me his hard earned tickets.

we watched the polar express 3D which was very cristmasy, which was cool. there was a massive school group of 150 students in the imax with us which made it even better i think! cos if it were to be emtiy it would'nt of had the sound effects.


This week i have been very busy with work for uni, essays and massive projects. its killing me. but i have compleated the THS profile on Shawn Fanning which is cool. so i think i'll reward my self by building the VELOCIRAPTOR which was given to me by a university friend.
